DCS E-commerce

DCS E-commerce is a drop shipping company with a network of online stores across Europe. This isn't merely a project; it's a company I dedicated years to, and most of my knowledge is rooted in the practical experiences gained during my time there.

My journey with this company began at its inception when it had generated minimal revenue. I initially joined as an intern, working alongside the founder to propel the business to success.

The first year was extraordinary, with our revenues skyrocketing from just a few thousand dollars to millions. The years after exceeded expectations as well, with revenues reaching higher and higher each year. 

While I didn't have direct financial ownership in the company, the wealth of knowledge I acquired during my time there was invaluable. It laid the foundation for my ability to establish my own company.

 

HuurTeHoog

HuurTeHoog is a Dutch company that assists individuals who may be overpaying for their rented rooms. It is a common occurrence, particularly among students, to find themselves paying excessive rent in the Netherlands. However, there are specific laws and regulations in place to prevent such situations. HuurTeHoog specializes in verifying if students are paying too much for their accommodations and, if necessary, they engage with landlords to rectify the situation.

I undertook a project with HuurTeHoog to enhance their customer journey. During this project, I identified several gaps in their customer experience and proposed improvements. These enhancements resulted in a smoother process, leading to an increase in customer acquisition and higher levels of customer satisfaction.

Toverlantaarn

Toverlantaarn is another Dutch business that I've contributed to in terms of conversion optimization. It's a book store run by an elderly lady who had little knowledge about analytics and conversion rates. I provided her with insights into her data and taught her how to interpret it. Now, she can analyze the data independently with greater clarity.

We also enhanced her website's conversion rate by implementing tricks from our master conversion recipe. We identified various conversion barriers on her site and found opportunities for significant improvement. By addressing these issues, we achieved a substantial increase in her conversion rate.

 

Daadkracht Marketing

Daadkracht Marketing is another company I had the opportunity to work for. While I didn't undertake specific projects during my time with them, the knowledge and experience I gained were immensely beneficial to my current skillset.

Daadkracht Marketing manages a portfolio of over 500 websites, each consistently ranking in the top 5 on Google's search results for their respective industries. They are experts in the field of SEO, leveraging their websites to generate leads for small businesses. Their deep understanding of SEO is unparalleled, and working with them allowed me to gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of SEO. This knowledge now enables me to assist other businesses in achieving success.

Wehkamp

Wehkamp is a Dutch company operating as an online warehouse, serving millions of customers across Europe. I had the opportunity to collaborate with them on a project that encompassed online marketing, email marketing, and UGC (User-Generated Content) creation. Although it was a relatively modest project, my contributions led to a noticeable increase in their revenue.

NNRD

NNRD is a major B2B company based in the Netherlands, specializing in waste processing. Despite its enormous size, the company lacked a strong online presence and efficient online processes. I undertook an online marketing and email marketing project for them, designing numerous posters to enhance their online marketing and social media presence. Additionally, I developed brand new abandoned checkout email strategies. These initiatives successfully attracted a significant number of new customers who might not have made purchases initially.
